I'm always being asked "What are the best Alyth restaurants?"

I am not a food guide critic so I shall not be rating the restaurants and place to eat merely giving a listing entry on the site for those who wish to be included.

I shall from time to time add to the list and may even make comments, but that is all.This page on eating out gives an overview of places to eat in the area.

For ease of use I've divided it up into types and I will be adding to the list as I review the various restaurants, cafes and takeaways in and around the town.

The Alyth Hotel is just off the town square alongside the Queich. The ancient coffee house, now the James Sandy restaurant, offers a true taste of Scotland, using the finest and freshest local produce to create a menu of authentic local and national cuisine. Tel:01828 632447
