Congratulations on discovering Secret Bothy! This is a hidden gem in historic Killiecrankie for up to 4 guests who are looking for self-catering in style.

The traditional stone built cottage is secluded beside a Victorian country house in a rural setting. It has a classic 19th century exterior but a contemporary interior offering an indulgent level of comfort. There are 2 double ensuite bedrooms, underfloor heating, large living area, modern kitchen, fully equipped utility room, spa bath, walk-in showers, wood burning stove, WiFi internet, Sky TV, bathrobes, slippers, complimentary toiletries and more.

Secret Bothy suits energetic visitors who base themselves in Killiecrankie for outdoor pursuits. There is plenty of choice: hiking, biking, golf, fishing, water sports, skiing, quad bikes, highland safaris, whisky trails, castle tours, trips to ancient monument, bungee jumping, horse riding or bird and wild life spotting.

On the other hand, Secret Bothy also suits visitors who want to relax in a stylish bolthole. With little to disturb the peace it is an ideal place to recharge. And for those who do not want to cater for themselves every night, it is good to know that the Killiecrankie Hotel, with its welcoming restaurant and bar, is within strolling distance.

Private parking is available and own transport is essential. The nearest railway stations are at Blair Atholl (3 miles) and Pitlochry (4 miles). Car and cycle hire are both available locally.

The cottage is available all year round. In summer, rental weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. At other periods, short breaks are also available. Rates vary from £300 for short stays to £850 for peak weeks.
